PCS Bangladesh conducted Trainer(ToT) program on Janitorial and HSQE for the Site Supervisors(SV) on 22.07.2017 at Head Office. It was a day long program and the objective of the ToT was to train the Supervisors so that they can train new joined employees. Supervisors have successfully completed their ToT on Induction Training. Supervisors received a Training Handbook which was combing of 7 modules of including Health & Safety so that Supervisors can follow a similar guideline/handout for Induction Training (which we are using in Training room as well as onsite Training). This ToT will help to develop Supervisor’s capabilities and capacities of imparting training to others as a skilled professional.

•Examination & Evaluation By this ToT program,
our Supervisors are responsible to ensure Induction Training to all our new joined employees. Thus, they will also conduct the induction program along with our regular training as well. The supervisors, who work in different sites, felt that this ToT had helped to develop their skills and experience and would have a very positive impact on the quality of service delivered by PCS Bangladesh.
