For PCS in the present context, Corporate Social Responsibility means not only investment of funds for social activity but also integration of business processes with social processes. Hence, it is the core corporate responsibility of PCS to practice its corporate values through its commitment to grow in a socially and environmentally responsible way, while meeting the interests of its stakeholders. We also support local communities by investing time and resources in local projects and partnerships. In 2016, Bangladesh conducted its CSR to education, disabled children and income generating sector for women.
Jasmin was attacked with acid by her husband in 2016. Therefore, she required financial assistance to survive herself along with her three children. To rebuild Jesmin’s life and to meet her immediate and long term needs, PCS Provided her Livelihood Support by establishing a small grocery shop as an income generating Activity.
