Property Care Services Bangladesh (PCSB) keenly aware of the responsibilities for its customers, staffs and to the wider communities in which PCSB operates business. As part of the greater role towards the community, PCSB conducts Corporate Social Responsibility as well. Being a corporate sector representative PCSB also feels in the same way and decides to mark a contribution in the socio-economic development in Bangladesh.

Donation at Shishu Polli Plus: The UK based 'Sreepur Village, Bangladesh' funds and oversees 'Shishu Polli Plus' (translated as Children’s Village Plus) a small non-religious, non-political organization based in Sreepur, rural Bangladesh. SPP works with destitute mothers and their children to give them the health, knowledge and skills they need to function independently in society. At the moment over 100 mothers and 450 children are supported by SPP

Contributed to British Business Group “Majhar Chor Project” Majher Chor: Transformation Project" undertaken by the British Business Group (BBG) has brought about a marked improvement in the socio-economic life of 164 households in the island village in the far away southern region of the country. The BBG took up the initiative as a collective 'Corporate Social Responsibility' project in order to transform the village that was one of the hardest hit chors by the devastating cyclone SIDR which ripped throughout the country on November 15, 2007. The project was made possible through through the financial contribution of a number of companies. PCSB is the one of them.

Corporate Social Responsibility Towards the Victim of Rana Plaza:On 24 April 2013, an eight-story commercial building, Rana Plaza, collapsed in Savar, a sub-district in the Greater Dhaka Area, the capital of Bangladesh. Total 1041 people died on that collapse and most of them were garments workers. Approximately 2,500 injured people were rescued from the building alive. It is considered to be the deadliest garment-factory accident in history, as well as the deadliest accidental structural failure in modern human history. The building collapsed at about 09:00, leaving only the ground floor intact. The Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association president confirmed that 3,122 workers were in the building at the time of the collapse. As a volunteer, PCSB also contributed medical support as well as first aid treatment to the victim of Rana Plaza of Savar Tragedy on 27 April 2013.

Corporate Social Responsibility towards Educational Development in Bangladesh:In January 2014, PCSB conducted CSR and contributed directly towards underprivileged school children, in collaboration with an NGO- Volunteers Association for Bangladesh (VAB).

Facilitating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to Prevent Women Trafficking:On May 26, 2014 PCSB conducted CSR and contributed directly towards trafficked women who are internally migrated from their family due to poverty.PCS organized the program in collaboration with an NGO named RPDO (Rural Poor Development Organization)at Tangail.
